But do I need you to respond or read it?  Well, I like it, but it is not necessary. What I like to do is what I just did a few minutes ago.  I lampooned Dharma and her Franken Scar! It was not mean, it was eerie! (unless you follow SciFi).  And it was inspired by what she said on someone else's blog. it was fun!  It was not mean, and it gave a few people some laughs! Why?  Cause life is tough, and every chance we get to laugh, we want to laugh! SO how many...

We were recently told about an operation of one of our beloved ones at JU.  And we all hoped and prayed she would pull through. But what we did not know was that she was actually getting a Ga'ould Larva implanted in her!  Yes!  check out the link!  Anyone seen that before? Let me clue you in. Teal'c on Stargate SG1?  See the similarity?  Uh, huh. Uh, huh! Now we know that Dharma is Really a Jaffa!  Fierce warrior and carrier of a Ga'ould Larva!  r...

yes, the CATHOLIC archbishop of Sidney has asked for a re-enactment.  But I do not agree. I hope Mel Gibson tells him no as well. The Passion of the Christ was a supremely moving movie.  One that would leave anyone deeply moved, whether they were of faith or not.  But to restage it would be to diminish it. I hope he says no.  And I wonder what the Arch Bishop was thinking.  Perhaps Phoenixboi, Champas, Toblerone or another Aussie and give us some insight. He ...

With all this points wars going on, I have not really been paying attention to mine.  Because as many others have stated, I blog for my own reasons, and points are just an abacus that counts the tax, not the content. But I just created a special group.  The group is made up not of like minded people (indeed all of them BBQed my tail), but ones I owe an explanation to about an article (Shades, Baker and Mano, please view the link - oh, and if anyone else can view it, let me know.&nbs...

1. To remove a bandage painlessly, saturate the bandage with vodka. The solvent dissolves adhesive. 2. To clean the caulking around bathtubs and showers, fill a trigger-spray bottle with vodka, spray the caulking, let set five minutes and wash clean. The alcohol in the vodka kills mold and mildew. 3. To clean your eyeglasses, simply wipe the lenses with a soft, clean cloth dampened with vodka. The alcohol in the vodka cleans the glass and kills germs. 4. Prolong the life of razors by...

The NY Times has decided that the investigation of John Roberts' Children, not John Roberts is SOP.  Excuse me?  These kids are 4 and 5 years old!  What do they have to do with the qualification of John Roberts to the Supreme court?  What business is it of the NY Times?  Please, someone show me in the constitution where it says that a nominee to the Supreme court must be investigated by the NY Times, or any member of the media? And while you are at it, show me where i...

That is right all you ladies.  Mars is going to upsize the M&M and come out with adult colors! (Since Eggshell is not the same as Ecru, I guess that means the colors will conform to the female color spectrum). Yes, now the M&M guys are going to be 55% bigger!  More chocolate in every bite!  And still guaranteed to melt in your mouth, not in your hands! So take a deep breath, let out a sigh of release, and enjoy the joys of chocolate, adult version!

This has got to be the screwiest story ever.  2 Yemenis claim that they were held, well let the story speak for itself: solitary confinement in secret, underground U.S. detention facilities in an unknown country and interrogated by masked men for more than 18 months without being charged or allowed any contact with the outside world, Ok, we already know that al Qaeda always tells the truth (NOT), and we can be forgiven if the sane among us laugh this off as there is of course no ...

For about a week, a couple of weeks ago, my site was listed as the second highest in JU Land.  While I have not taken any time off lately as I normally do in the summer, I have not really been blogging more than others, and as far as I know, there was no earth shattering article written in that time.  So why did I have over 20k points and beat out Skinning the Frog? I have no idea.  I can tell you that while I do have a few articles marked as private, none were written in the l...
