Calling all Foil Hats
Published on August 4, 2005 By Dr Guy In Current Events

This has got to be the screwiest story ever.  2 Yemenis claim that they were held, well let the story speak for itself:

solitary confinement in secret, underground U.S. detention facilities in an unknown country and interrogated by masked men for more than 18 months without being charged or allowed any contact with the outside world,

Ok, we already know that al Qaeda always tells the truth (NOT), and we can be forgiven if the sane among us laugh this off as there is of course no proof, and no way to gain proof (I beleive a psychiatrist says that is the mark of a truly psychotic mind - a story that cannot be proved or disproved).

But what makes this story so funny and pathetic at the same time is that Amnesty International is using it as PROOF of the dupicitious dealings of the IS with Terror suspects!  How stupid do they think we are?

I mean, come on!  You may hate the US, you may hate the president, you may hate the military, but how many are going to call them stupid and morons?  Yet that is what they would have to be for this story to be true.

If the US was using rendtion, do you think the little turds would be allowed to go free and tell about it?  The very fact that these doofusses are breathing and squawking indicates their story is a lie.  That much is obvious.

But for an organization, supposedly non-biased, to fall for such an obvious and hokey ruse?  It makes you question the sanity of the individuals running that loony tunes outfit.

What next?  Accussations of cruelty to Cartoon characters?

There are 2 kinds of fools.  Simple minded ones easily fooled, and those who have only hate, so they will believe any lie about their object of hate.

Quoting from the article:

"Both men claimed they were tortured by Jordanian intelligence agents for four days and then flown to what they believe were underground jails in an unknown location."

That is possible.

While I myself tend to believe that Jordan does not condone torture and will likely not use this method very often, I can also believe that the Jordanian government as just as sick of these idiots as the other civilised countries are.

I have little doubt that the two Yemenis, if their story is true so far, have connections to the terrorists. I do not believe that the Jordan government targets random people just to make everyone angry.

"Once there, they were held in solitary confinement for more than 18 months, interrogated daily by U.S. guards and blared Western music all day and night. No charges were ever filed against them, they said."

And that's how we know that their story is nonsense. Their masters have indoctrinated them to believe that everything western is evil, including western decadence and, obviously, western music. Thus, they actually believe that western music can be considered a type of torture, and are thus likely to list it as such without realising that they sound like a joke when they do.

Hilarious. Their masters must be very depressed about the music bit in their stories! The rest of their tale was probably carefully planned...

That is possible.

The thing of it is, all of it is possible, but none of it is probable.  But my main point is that the stupid idiots over at AI fell for it!

I don't think a US torture cell with day and night music is really possible, not as an actual occurrence.

'we can hear the nightwatchman click his flashlight and ask if its really them or him who's insane...'

they may be lying but that don't mean it's not true. i trust schuer more than i do any other member of the intelligence community of whom i have any awareness.

Most anything is POSSIBLE, but as you indicate, there is a lot that is highly improbable.

I trust sanity more than insanity.  You beleive what you want.  You can beleive that the moon is made of green cheese if you want.  It does nothing for your credibility, or his.

Perfect scenario.  Something that is impossible to prove, or disprove, so my word stands.  Gee!  I can make up any outrageous story, and you cant prove me wrong!

yeah. those morons.

Right up there with the people that think the moon landings were a hoax.

I did follow the link.  I dont know if they made it up, or are just trying to jump on the bandwagon.  But I could do the same thing Proving that Kerry has a secret underground torture chamber, and structure the story such that no one could prove or disprove it.  Which is what they did.  You believe who you want to.  But I will point out that while liberals like to tout how stupid Bush is, he keeps skunking them for the simple reason he is not stupid.  These people are trying the same tactic.  So it will be they who eat crow (probably not as they never admit they are wrong even in the face of overwhelming evidence).
