Debate, and discuss, just dont Bore me.

Bush and Cheney have been on the offensive lately.  Some say it is way overdue.  They are refuting the claims of the Democrat leadership that they were in the dark.  (Yea, I know, they are always in the dark).

But Rep Murtha played their hand today.  He called for a complete and utter retreat from Iraq.  Forget the 2000 Americans and the other allies losses!  Time to pull out!

So the democrats are finally getting honest, if not smarter.  Murtha has shown that the democrats, who voted for the war before they voted against it, have one simple agenda.

The defeat of America will mean the defeat of Bush!  So let us pack up and leave and admit defeat so we can say Bush was defeated!  Forget all those men and women who sacraficed for the 30 million iraqis!

Forget the fact that while the bacteria still exist and continue to target more innocents than troops are losing.  Forget the fact that we have liberated a country where a despot routinely slaughtered those he did not like.  Forget all that!

Let's cut and run!

You know what is more sickening than not having a policy, as the democrats have not had for 5 years.  What is more sickening is that they detest the troops so much that they want to trash them to get to Bush.

That is what is truly sickening!

It is evident that continued military action in Iraq is not in the best interests of the United States of America, the Iraqi people or the Persian Gulf region. - Rep Murtha

I guess we should listen to him instead of the Iraqis who are there?  Gee Murtha, when were you in Iraq?

Interesting how the bacteria and the Senate democrats have the same goal.

And YES, it is about time Prs. Bush through the spineless whelps' "we only voted on it, we didn't know anything about it" words back in their faces!

It's also about time We The People quit allowing the House and Senate act like they are merely cheerleaders in the government process!!

Of course, liberal Dems were predictably "offended" that Bush would have the nerve to defend his decisions & actions, and on Veterans Day (OMG!) of all days. What sanctimonious horse manure. If this is their idea of "loyal opposition" maybe it will be fun when they return to the majority (which they will eventually - maybe not soon, but eventually).

Cheers,

I do love the way the prez and vice-prez are striking back at the spineless dems, who model themselves after the french. their motto is 'DEFEAT AT ANY COST!"

How exactly is he trashing the troops? Murtha is a 37 year veteran, he has no intention of trashing or disrespecting our soldiers.

Right from his website;

Our troops have performed extremely well in an intense conflict, and we all owe our gratitude to them and their families for the sacrifices they are making. I assure you I will continue to work as hard as I can to bring our actions in Iraq to a close.

Gee Murtha, when were you in Iraq?

Actually he was in Iraq recently. When were you in Iraq?

I assure you I will continue to work as hard as I can to bring our actions in Iraq to a close... as long as we lose so we can make Prs. Bush look bad. Even if they have to die making Prs. Bush look bad... if that's what it takes for the Democrats to "win" screw them all, we have a White House to win back

That is what I hear anyway.

Any plan from any member of the government that is not about bringing our troops home after a victorious end to the war means disgrace to the troops.

These blowhards don't care about the troops in the least. They care about 2 things.. embarrass the President and win back the White House.

I spit on anyone in Congress who would betray our troops just for politics!!!! And my first was of phlegm goes to that lying sack of human entrails (who should be kicked out of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for his lies, deceit and treachery) Harry "The Red" Reid!

What sanctimonious horse manure.

What a great and elegant way to phrase it!

'DEFEAT AT ANY COST!"

Ya think they might patent it?

Gee!  More recent than you!  Guess you dont know your own sides stupidity!

Exactly!  And such a shame.  They could actually have a real message.  if they had more brains than the Scarecrow.

(who should be kicked out of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for his lies, deceit and treachery) Harry "The Red" Reid!

Ouch!

But then he left the Church long ago.  He found the Church of lameday jerks of the Democrat party and thought that was better.

BTW:  WHy are you reading me?  did you read my last 5 articles and decide I was not a jerk?  Or are you really questioning your masters?

on Nov 17, 2005
I'm reading your tripe because most of the time I find it amusing to see how deluded you are. I'm monitoring each step you make towards complete detachment from reality. I'm not questioning my masters, because I have no masters, you fool.

Gee! More recent than you!

For one...you don't know anything about me regarding what I do and when and where I've served. But that's beside the point...you asked when the last time he's been in Iraq. More recently than you apparently.

The problem with your statement is that the administration has not given any indiaction that this "war" will ever end. There will always be terrorism, especially in the middle east. The people that I personally know that have served in Iraq or have in the past feel that they completed the mission that they were sent there to do.
