KLUNK!

The other shoe will fall in a couple of days.  At that times, check the forums to see what I wrote several weeks ago.  I will either be an idiot, or a Seer.

so....is the plan for him to go even more conservative in his next pick?
on Oct 27, 2005
In islanddog article I bet at 3.5 to 2 odds she would not make it to confirmation. as usual mm is way ahead of the political curve.

Just as well -- I think she was unconfirmable.

He is holding that close to his vest, but what do you think?

Since my prediction is still secret, I will let you have the Title of Karnac the Magnificent for now!

For nominating Miers?

Well, that would be interesting....

But why not? What with Dean being god, and all.

Bush should go with a real conservative for scotus, then we can have a huge fight in the senate, no work gets done, the republicans can be all self satisfied, the democrats can do their usual whining and crying shtick,We can use the nuclear option, \destroy government as we know it. But put a stop to activist judges on scotus seeing things in the constitution that does not exist.

Bush should go with a real conservative for scotus,

Woulda, Shoulda, Coulda

But do you think he will?

on Oct 27, 2005
I think this this withdrawal comes at a very fortuitous time for the Bush administration.

Tomorrow indictments will probably be handed down, but then he can announce his new pick for the S.C. on like Monday or Tuesday and BAM, indictments are OLD news.

Brilliant.
