Lies, Lies and More lies as long as it furthers your agenda.

Well, where was the denizens of truth and justice when Dan Rather did that hack job, fraught with fraud and forgery, on George Bush? Where were the keepers of the flame when Author Kitty Kelley prmoted her book on 3 days on NBC. A book so fraught with lies and half truths that even the purported source of her most scandalous item retracted her support?

Where was the outrage when the lie-amentary from Michael Moore (proven to contain at least 59 falacies and so many half truths as the category of documentary had to be withdrawn) hit the theaters and now coming to PPV near you?

Where? Why trying to stop a true documentary film that is supposed to be aired that just criticicizes, not lies about, John Kerry. The Very DNC, that group for the poor little guy, is now trying to stomp on the little guy.

Sinclair is trying to air a documentary on what other veterans thought and think of Kerry's betrayal of them during the Vietnam war. And they are being threatened by the DNC, 20 Democrat senators, and Kerry's campaign (who threatens to take them down after Kerry's elected), and no Less than Moveon.org (like that is even a surprise or schock from that hate site?).

It would be seriour if it was nost a comedic opera being played out in the media right now! Just get this quote from moveon.org:

The liberal political group MoveOn.org said it will challenge the FCC and the licenses of the local stations that broadcast the partisan film, "because local stations have a responsibility to the community to air real news, not partisan messages," said founder Wes Boyd.

While the polls show a tight race, it is apparent from the shrill screams from the DNC and Kerry Campaign, as well as their willing syncophants in the liberal media, that something is not right with the Kerry Campaign. When a campaign only shows fear and threats, they know something we dont. And that something seems to be Kerry is losing, and losing big.

They are living in a glass house, and dont even know to pull the curtains when they take a dump.

Correction: Hypocrisy, Thy Name is DNC

Might want to do that before someone from the Demicans attacks you for bad English because they will grasp for straws and that is one less straw that you could give them. (cough example second debate Demican attack on Bush regarding grammar cough)

Dr. Guy:

The program that Sinclair intends to show is a political statement and not a news report. That requires equal time to the candidate to rebut the program. This is not the same as Fox interviewing Kitty Kelley about her book. Kelly is not a 527 group and this is.

Once again we have a case where politicking gets ugly because both sides think this election is so crucial that they are willing to sacrifice everything (including advertising revenue) to win. Interesting that a spokesman from Sinclair himself said that if this were a help to Bush then it was no different than Iraqi car bombers helping Kerry by blowing up our troops.

We've all know all along that this was going to get uglier and uglier. Expect both sides to do even worse than this before it's over....

You are wrong. It is not a political statement, unless you can claim that anything said about a candidate is a political statement. Error number 1. Error 2, stations are no longer required to give equal time to the candidates, and besides, the DNC has not even asked for that.

Error 3, it was not Fox, but NBC that did the Kelley interviews. And I was not maintaining she was a 527, just that she got major media exposure for what is in essence lies and innuendos, with nothing based on fact. Based upon your definition of a political statement, that sure would have qualified.

Error 4, Moveon.org is a 527. Why has the DNC not repudiated it? They seem to have a mental block with just swiftves.org, and this, which is a documentary on the effects of Kerry's statements after returning from the war.

My Original statement stands, and you should get a job for MM. Your facts are as solid as his.

The group who is pushing for the program is not really a 527 group, so they fall into the same group as Moore and Kitty Kelly.

Ouch!

Is there any way to treat those pinched nerves or are they in the same boat as a herniated disc that screws with nerves in the back (inoperable and the person has to live with it)?

Depends on where it's pinched at. Ones pinched in the elbow can be fixed with surgery. I've had to have both sides done. What they do is to move the nerve out of the channel in the elbow that is pinching it. Not a pleasant recovery either. Think about it. If your ridht handed and that's the side being worked on just who is going to wipe your butt for you? Especially since you can't bend the arm that was worked on.

Damn, I guess it would be nice to be married for that...

'Honey can you wipe my ass?'

'Sweety where are you running off to?'

'Why are you getting into the car and driving away?'

I have one, and it's operable.  Makes my feet feel like they're asleep some of the time and makes my leg and back hurt like the dickens.  I'm going to see the neurosurgeon next week, actually.

Anyway, this thread is now waaay off topic....
