Debate, and discuss, just dont Bore me.

You have to wonder that the empty heads are teaching our youth to be so ignorant.  But instead of going off on this pile of mush, let him speak for himself.

Protesting military recruiters on campus, so long as they ban open gays from joining, is admirable. But there's a more permanent reason to keep the military away from our brightest students. Young males are easily manipulated during the period of their lives when they exist outside the female domain, after the mother and before the wife. They are above all eager to demonstrate masculinity. With its promises of order, fraternity and cohesion, the military taps into this angst.

A real tragedy occurs when a young man, susceptible to the military's appeal and nonetheless intelligent and creative, signs up to become cannon fodder. He'll probably leave the military alive, but he'll have been irreversibly molded, less inclined to dissent. Less intelligent people are better equipped for most military positions, and have far less to lose.

Why are they wasting their money sending this waste of human skin to school?  You got to wonder if his parents are real or just imaginary.  Or just not there.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.  And this one is wasted.

It's nothing new. After all, there's a reason they used to only allow nobles to be officers - inbreeding and occasional bouts of delusions of strategic brilliance make them poor frontliners. Uni students aren't much different. That and there's an assumption amongst a lot of people that uni education makes you a better person. Not necessarily true but for some reason it's often believed.

There is a reason to keep feminists away from young girls. Young females are easily manipulated during the period of their lives when they exist outside the family domain, after the father and before the husband.

They are above all eager to demonstrate independence. With their promises of a career, sisterhood and cooperation, the feminists tap into this angst.

A real tragedy occurs when a young girl, susceptible to the feminists' appeal and nonetheless intelligent and creative, decides to become a career woman. She'll probably leave the office world sooner or later, but she'll have been irreversibly moulded, less inclined to submit, less inclined to become a good mother.

Men are better equipped for most jobs, and have far less to lose.

What's the difference between a liberal and a reactionary?

Actually after reading his litany again, I don't think you could call him a leftist. The first thing any good socialist does, just before buying their copy of the Little Read Book, is drop the numbers off the end of their name. The man's an aristocrat, not a socialist. He's so conservative he touches communism via fascism.

I wonder if he knows that you can "not" keep military recruiters off campus if that campus recieves federal funding?

Leauki -

I second that, very clever.

Something tells me the educated idiot would still resent military recruiters even without "don't ask, don't tell". He hates anything to do with the military. His bigotry won't let him see that there is little difference between the average E4 and below and the average Underclassman. He would also be suprized to find out that a lot of the best and brightest being indoctrinated by his favorite lib professor are military members and vets.

Agreed.  For a Uni to make you better, there has to be something there to work with at the beginning.

He does make his point, dont he?

Well, that is a different take.  I guess the ends meet in the end, eh?

Some are still fighting that.

I dont think they are being indoctrinated.  More like they are tolerating the professors in search of their education.

They "may" be fighting against it, but at the present time it's still fact. And I personally support it. You don't want recruiters on campus? Then all fed funding gets cut.

He sure does take advantage of all of the freedoms and privileges our "dumb" military affords him. Going to college isn't a right, it is a privilege. Asshat!
