Never underestimate a Cajun for ingenuity and intelligence.  While I have questioned James Carville on many things in the past (NOT on the choice of his bride tho), I am in agreement with him now.  Oh, he is still no friend of Republicans, but it was his strategy that got a corrupt governor elected to the presidency, so one should never underestimate him.

Now he is yelling at not only Republicans, but democrats.  Why Democrats?  Because he thinks they need to change in order to win back power.  And he is right.  As many all over this country have already pointed out.  But this is different.  How?  Because the many before were either independents or republicans, and the democrats would never listen to them anyway.

In all seriousness, I dont think the democrats are going to listen to him now.  After all, their symbol of a Mule is an apt reflection of their pig headedness and stubbornness.  But since he did engineer a victory for the democrat party (two of only 3 in the last 40 years), perhaps some will start listening to him, and taking his advice.

Weirder things have happened!  And those of us wanting a true 2 party system again can look forward to it.  But they will have to get rid of the kooks and fruits like Kennedy, Byrd, Kerry and yes, She Clinton in order to do that.

Time will tell.  Will he engineer another coup?  Or be relegated to the history books?
