Debate, and discuss, just dont Bore me.

Drudge is reporting that Howlin Howie Dean ducked a chance to appear with Ken Mehlman on Meet the Press.  It seems in Howie's entire tenure as head of the DNC, he has yet to have a joint appearance with his Republican counter part, even though Terry McAuliffe did so 5 times.

The allegation is that the 'handlers' of Howie do not want such a confrontation, only God knows why.  Howie can stick his foot in his mouth without any help!  And besides, seeing him getting verbally beat up by a big bad Republican would only solidify the 'bleeding heart' liberal base who always goes for the underdog - except when they dont agree with them.

Since Iowa in January 04, Howard has been known as Howlin Howie.  But with the start of the new (06) campaign season, I guess that is changing to Howard the Duck.

Beak me baby!

Why do Dean's sycophants insist on calling this mouth-breather "Governor"? He isn't the governor of anything any more. Is that a title of respect, or is it just brown-nosing?

neither, it's a sign of dementia

The highest office held is what people are called.  Like Clinton is still President Clinton, not knee pad willie.

Probably more truth in that statement than the DNC would like to admit!
