For anyone following Saddam Hussiens trial, you got to admit he does have a sense of humor.  When asked to state his name, Saddam refused to. But he did state:

"I do not respond to this so-called court, with all due respect to its people, and I retain my constitutional right as the president of Iraq,"

Kind of narrows the field down on who he could be.  However, when one of his former Cronies was asked a question, Taha Yassin Ramadan replied:

"I repeat what President Saddam Hussein has said," he added.

Is that called fingering the defendant? LOL
