Yes, thank you for one of the best Supreme courts in the nation!  We know you are a blue state in presidential elections.  But little did we know how so in tune with true conservatives you truly are!

As I read this Article, I was saying "WTF"???  It seems true reason still does exist!

Instead of being mind numbed sycophants, they truly reason out every decision!

We believe the constitutional arrangement in our state and nation reposes in the legislative body the role of making public policy. That arrangement is distorted when the judiciary misconstrues statutes

Yes! WTF!  They said when they make a mistake, they will overturn it!  And that the legislative body should make the rules (laws)!

This is both profound and outstanding.  A court willing to acknowledge the will of the people and their own falibility.

I know you have a couple of democrat senators, and sometimes a republican governor.  But your best claim to fame is your Supreme court!

Should every state have such intelligence on theirs.

Instead of using foreign courts, perhaps, Buzzi should use this court.

Strikingly, the Michigan Supreme Court unanimously held a year ago, in Wayne County v. Hathcock, that courts were constitutionally required to determine independently whether a taking involved a public use. The court further ruled that equating economic development with a "public use" would "render impotent our constitutional limitations on the government's power of eminent domain."
