As the famous philosopher, Forrest Gump said: "Stupid is as Stupid Does".  And that seems to be the case with Sandy Burglar, the one with the pants fetish.  Now he has been charged with wreckless driving, a violation of his Probation.

His defense?  He did not know how fast he was going.  He does not know much either!  For his previous conviction, he "did not know what he was doing".  And this was a top Clinton aide?  no wonder that white house was continues to be the butt of jokes for its sleeze and corruption!  Even in the private Sector, these Kings of Sleeze cant obey the law!

I dont know about EVERYONE, but I do know that if I am clocked doing 88, I knew I was speeding!  I may not have been able to tell the difference between 85 and 88 (both wreckless), but I do know that I was driving wreckless (anything over 80mph is wreckless in Va.).

I think we need to put in a call to the Scarecrow.  Someone is missing a brain, and the Scarecrow might have an extra one lying around.
