NARAL Pulls Ad

But the reasons still put them in the running for Slimiest

NARAL has decided to pull the Anti-John Roberts ads that were not misleading, they were outright lies. But instead of doing the right thing, they did the wrong thing again! What a bunch of slugs!

They state:

"We regret that many people have misconstrued our recent advertisement about Mr. Roberts' record,"

Misconstrued? No one miscontrued this butcher attempt at a hatchet job! YOU misconstrued! That is the only misconstruel!

"Unfortunately, the debate over that advertisement has become a distraction from the serious discussion we hoped to have with the American public,"

Distraction? Excuse me! You outright lied! The distraction is your pathetic statement! Shall you now run an ad that says you lied? Then we might believe your lying jerks! You are the distraction!

"examines Mr. Roberts' record on several points, including his advocacy for overturning Roe v. Wade, his statement questioning the right to privacy and his arguments against using a federal civil rights law to protect women and their doctors and nurses from those who use blockades and intimidation."

Examine his record? You are trying to create a false record! You have no credibility left! You are nothing but a bunch of butchers just waiting for some cows to slaughter! If you had any credibility in the past, you wasted it all on a very bad attempt at a smear!

What is really sad about this whole episode is that it showed how far the democrats are in the pocket of NARAL. Instead of demanding the ad be pulled, instead of decrying the out and out lies of the ad, not a single democrat leader said a single word against it (Forget Leahy! That was so lame as to be pathetic),

If anything, I hope this ad shows those who think that NARAL is trying to protect their rights, to be the butchers they are. for their agenda is plain. Abortion is the first, last and only form of Birth control that women should use.

NARAL is to babies as cancer is to human. It is time to treat them the same way.

I want to see if any liberal will condemn this. Just like the democrat leadership, none of them (you don't count Tex, you are closer to moderate) responded on the other blog.

What role is that? The role of providing distortion and deception? Thankfully, the American public (for the most part) is not as dopey as NARAL seems to think. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to realize that attempting to link Roberts with abortion clinic violence was nothing short of absurd. NARAL's decision to pull the ad confirms one thing - not only was the ad factually flawed and without basis in fact - it was ineffective as well. It gets them in the news, granted, but certainly not in a favorable light. Even Spector - a republican, but pro-choice one - called for the ad's removal. What does that tell you?

I think you just stated more wisdom in that statement than the whole NARAL organization has at its disposal. And that includes their appologists in the democrat leadership.

Seems so! They are quick to condemn us for not condeming Right wing ads, and yet they are silent on their own ads.
