Et Tu, Souter?
Published on June 28, 2005 By Dr Guy In Politics

In what can only be hoped is a sucessful implementation of the recent Supreme court ruling o Eminent Domain, a Developer is asking the city council of Weare, New Hampshire to take by right of eminent domain, Justice Souter's home and sell it to him so he can build a hotel!

By all rights and logic used by the connecticut town to grab some poor schmucks homes, and then endorsed by the SCOTUS, this developer is seeking the same!

One would hope that the other 4 justices also learn the value of their 'opinions' the same way!

My sincere apologies for writing about the exact same thing that you did. I do wish I had thought of a clever subtitle for mine, though.

It is time to show the clowns that actions, no matter the intended end, have reprecussions.
