Debate, and discuss, just dont Bore me.
They said it

"a pretty monolithic party. They all behave the same. They all look the same. It's pretty much a white Christian party."  - Howard Dean

Sounds like a pretty bigotted statement to me.  Substitute Pary for Race and Black for white, and it could be Sen Byrd.

"I want a Democratic presidential candidate who can give a straight, unambiguous answer on Iraq." - Arianna Huffington

So do the rest of us.

“This group of neocons (neoconservatives) is involved in the mother of all smokescreens,” Harry Reid said of the committee. “I want to turn the tables on this neocon, pro-Israel, pro-war, Republican lynch mob.” He earlier told Reuters that he had "no expectation of justice from a group of Christian fundamentalist and Zionist activists under the chairmanship of a neocon (President) George Bush who is pro-war.”

We use to call that talk anti-semitic when the KKK was saying it.  Guess he has listened to too many old Byrd Speeches.

"In the next 10 days the Republican leadership is planning to pull the trigger on their scheme to break the rules of the Senate, seize absolute power over judicial appointments, and stack the courts with extreme judges. Overnight, some of our most treasured rights, like the 40-hour work week, basic environmental protections, and the right to privacy, would be in danger. We must act." - Moveon.org

Dogs will mate with Cats, and Zule will rule the world!

Sen. Diane Feinstein - "I was embarrassed to wear it." (Sen. Feinstein, D-CA, talking about her American flag pin, quoted in the San Jose Mercury News)

The Patriotic Liberals

Sen. Patty Murray - "He's (Osama bin Laden) been out in these countries for decades, building schools, building roads, building infrastructure, building day-care facilities, building health-care facilities, and these people are extremely grateful. We haven't done that."

What a Guy!  Maybe we should forget the 3000 people he murdered in cold blood.  A small price to pay for such a humanitarian.

Sen. Robert Byrd, D-(AKA: KKK Sheets Byrde) - "Saddam Hussein is a threat, but the threat is not so great that we must be stampeded to provide such authority to this president just weeks before an election." (New York Times op-ed, 10/10/02)

What a difference 2 years makes.

BARBARA BOXER - "It's a new day. Communism is dead. It's even dead in Cuba. I hate to say it, it's dead...Castro may think he has Communism, but he's got a whole dollar economy going and I went to the restaurants and there's all kinds of capitalism over there."

Better tell that to all the boat people in Miami.  They probably will disagree with you on that one.

"I hate the Republicans and everything they stand for," former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean

From the leader of the party of Compassion.

"I voted for the 87 million before I voted against it"

The Party of Decisive leadership.

"If I read this to you and did not tell you that it was an FBI agent describing what Americans had done to prisoners in their control, you would most certainly believe this must have been done by Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime -- Pol Pot or others -- that had no concern for human beings,"

The party that forgets history.

There you have it.  From the mouths of the liberal elite, in their own words.  I doubt anything that Karl Rove can say could add to this litany of theirs.

again, when the left says this crap it's all fine and good, but God forbid the right says boo, the left will scream we are trying to kill them.

That is why I say we just use their words against them.  When they moan about a Rove, just throw one of the quotes back at them (and this is just a thumbnail of them).
