It seems that environmentalist (the luddites) are no longer satisfied with protecting endangered species of plants and animals, now they are trying to usurp the rights of property owners to do with their property as they see fit, period!

In what can only be classified as eco fraud, they tried to transplant an endangered species of plant on to a site that being developed into a subdivision.  If successful, the owners would have suffered millions of dollars in lost value due to fraud.  This proves they are not trying to protect the environment, but are just anti-human period.  I hope these clowns are caught and prosecuted to the full value of their attempted fraud.

Then perhaps next time, they will think twice about trying to defraud private citizens and lie to the American public.  A nice long jail term should give them a long time to think of their stupidity.
