Debate, and discuss, just dont Bore me.

She disguises her self, runs off to New Mexico, causes police to mount a manhunt (womanhunt?), and throws her fiance into a questionable light (He killed her!).

And then, after saying she was kidnapped, Jennifer Wilbanks (Wilburn Sir Petey?) says I am sorry. Heheehe. It was only a joke.

Ok, she had her laugh.  But now her jilted beau says he still wants to marry her!

This guy is some catch for you single ladies! (mignuna, he may not make tea, but he will definitely keep you satisified!).

He is either certifiably insane, or the next saint to be canonized!

He is a better man than I, Charlie Brown.  I hope he is not burned again.

I wouldnt marry a lady that's for sure!! But i think the saying 'love is blind' comes to mind when you read this. It makes you accept anything when you're in love.

It's crazy!

Mod, if it was you the man, would you marry her? Even if she had a lot of money?

As MasonM said, it might be stupidity. It might be blind love. It might be money. And it might be a trip to the padded rooms too!

Ok, NJ. Mod and I are old farts. You are younger (married?). Would you do that to defy your parents?

BTW, before answering, I did not only because my parents did nto object (altho they hated my ex!).

Of course not. But I'm a bit "out there" in my age group. And I am a little too young to be married.

You are over 18. You are not too young. Maybe a bit too wise, but not too young!

throw me in a padded cell in the same hospital, cause I think he's doing the right thing.  If he loves her, and already planned to spend the rest of his life w/ her, then how would this change the way he feels?  Sure she made a mistake, or a series of mistakes, and sure it was a VERY poor decision... but at the end of the day, she's still the same person, warts (and mistakes) n all.

cold feet are cold feet... aren't we all entitled to a mistake or two?
