The problem of world hunger has defied a solution from some of the greatest minds of mankind.  And yet, in one day, the LA times, that bastion of right wing conspiracy has found the perfect solution.

Merely let the people starve to death!  According to the LA Times, starving to death is not painful and indeed the person "experienced the characteristic sense of euphoria".

See?  Allowing millions and millions to starve is not only beneficial to over population, but the lucky ones get to go in style!  They get something that even the drug ecstasy cant give!  A 2-3 week high!

And what about at the end?  Well according to the compassionate LA times, the selected ones "slipped painlessly into a coma and died."

See?  The chosen that get to die that way, wont even know they are dying since they will be in a coma, with no awareness of self or surroundings!

So the next time you see those ads for the starving chidren in Africa, dont pity them, envy them!  After all, would the LA times lie?
