New Book Outs Rather as a Clinton Mouthpiece
Published on March 23, 2005 By Dr Guy In Politics

A lot has been made of the Jeff Gannon brouhaha, but now comes a book by Humberto Fontova (Fidel: Hollywood's Favorite Tyrant) that not only says Rather Took his marching orders from Clinton confidant Gregory Craig, but also took his words from him!

In September 2004, many people rallied to Rather's side as a victim of a hoax over ForgeryGate, when in fact the evidence was clear that Rather was no more than a democrat mouthpiece posing as a MSM anchor.  But the truth would eventually come out as more than just Rather knew about his apparent bias towards the left.

According to the author,

"The questions for Juan Miguel were actually fed to Dan Rather by Gregory Craig. After a taping session, Craig would call Dan over, give him some more instructions and exchange papers with him. Then Dan would come back on the set and ask those."

With this new evidence, I am sure there will be some Rather lovers that insist he was not trying to smear the president with that and other puff pieces, just as there are still some who think that Kerry Won the election (Randi "I'm so f**king lost" Rhodes being one of them).

But to the sane and rational people of the planet, it is readily apparent that Rather was never unbiased, and just a political flunky of the liberals.

Hmmmm....not sure if that comment belongs here or on Island Gurl's Ahem, Blog.

But I will take the points anyway.

Where are the Ratherites? Has anyone noticed that the SOP for the Democrats around here is just to ignore questions they can't answer?

If this kind of thing happened once, God knows how many times the press has collaborated with the DNC. How much reciprocal "We'll break news to you first if you say this" stuff goes on? A lot, I bet...

We have all commented on this more than once. And I'm sure that we have seen it before ( although I won't mention names.). Also noted is that none of them even try to refute this.

Yeah, that's because they can't....it was rotten, and they all know it. There's no other way to paint it.

It also sheds a narrow shaft of light on the liberal media bias they all say doesn't exist.
