ParaTed2k started it, and Manopeace carried on the tradition.  Doing jokes on a religion.  It could just as well have been an ethnicity, for in each case, they were funny (except the ones that did not get some of the inside ones) and not spiteful or mean.

And yet, they did poke fun at some aspect of a religion.  Accentuating it so that it was funny, but not denigrating it for the sake of laughs.

And that was good and fun!  I learned some, and contributed some.

But I know some would find that very wrong as it was politically incorrect, well at least some of them were since Christians are the last legally persecuted segment of the population.

I dont like 'Pollack' Jokes (that are also Italian, Russian, Chezch, etc) that denigrate a people (blonds are the latest target and since most are bleached, that is fine), but one that accentuates an ethnicity's proud points?  Sure!  I can laugh at Pope Secola, and Meat on Fridays because they are true kind of!

So anyone else have a theme of jokes to offer, that allows for joyful and not hurtful, laughter, please post!  We would love to learn and contribute if we can.

And State Jokes are fine as well!  After all, everyone knows why all the football fields in North Carolina are astroturf.........
