Debate, and discuss, just dont Bore me.

I have been saying for quite some time that Obama is not THE smartest president.  Indeed, he is not even a "smart" president.  It seems my analysis is starting to gain traction among the journalistic punditry.  For anyone even with a semi-unbiased eye, it has been evident as soon as Obama started acquiring a track record, that he was not the brightest bulb in the sockets.  But with the latest "crises' that have befallen his regime, it has become apparent to all but 2 groups.  Those more stupid than he, and those so immersed in partisan rhetoric, they cannot see truth for talking points.

It is refreshing to see others now echoing what I have been saying for 18 months.  I was not impressed with his supposed intelligence from the get go, but then very few people can come across as geniuses at every turn.  Some will joke about their foibles, acknowledging they goofed.  Obama never has.  Some even go so far as to say "I was wrong".  Obama never has.  He has lied and then tried to spin the lies, but the truth is, he is too narcissistic to admit error, and too stupid to realize how bad that makes him look.

Obama is not a smart president.  He may not be the dumbest, but one will never know because of his narcissism.  So to the rest of the nation, he just appears to be stupid.  We are almost 3 full years into his regime, and his only comeback is that it is "Bush's" fault.  That worked for the first few months (even longer for the IQ challenged), but it is apparent the latest debacles are all his.  He attacks the messengers of bad news.  His enemy list now exceeds Nixon's and Nixon had twice as long to compile his.

His errors exceed Carter's and Carter had 4 full years to accomplish them.  In short, if he is not the stupidest president in history, he is trying his damnedest to be seen as such.

Sorry I missed this when it first came out, Doc, it is a good piece and I will testify that you have been identifying the less than stellar mentality of our Exalted Leader.  Even the leftie press corps is beginning to see through the fog.

Even the leftie press corps is beginning to see through the fog.

I think they are just having a hissy fit because Obama has not thanked them for keeping his rear.

Come on DG... the left is just going to say more rightwing lies from the WSJ. It's easier that way.

No, they are going to say "more right wing racist lies".  You forgot the race factor.

I was highly amused this morning hearing him decry the Republicans for playing political games when it was he who tried to upstage next week's debate by requesting to speak to a joint session of Congress on the same night as the debate. Who is really trying to play stupid political games here?

I am loving the fact that this childish stunt backfired in his face and showed him to be the petty, small, and frankly quite stupid person that he truly is. He could have easily recovered from this backfired stunt by simply saying that he and his staff "forgot" the debate was scheduled for that night (an obvious lie of course), but his narcissism prevented him from even that bit of face saving.

The guy looks more desperate and pathetic with each passing day and political stunt. He obviously knows that the public is starting to see him for what he is and he has very little chance of re-election at this point. His ego just can't accept the fact that, as a President, he is an abject failure of monumental proportions and he just pushes on with playing politics instead of being the leader people stupidly thought they were electing to the office.

Well, at least Jimmy Carter can be happy knowing he will no longer be regarded at the worst President in modern times.

Yea, but having lived through that clown, I am real upset he is losing his title!

Yeah, I know, but I firmly believe that we, as a nation, will survive and rebound from this destructive idiot just as we did Carter.

We have lost a lot in the last 35 years.  I think we will survive this time, but am not sure we can survive many more like them.

You are absolutely right. Many, all over the world believed that Obama would usher in a sense of peace and goodwill. Afterall he was awarded the  Nobel Peace Prize for his rhetoric and we have seen what he has done. Drone attacks everywhere, American Economy still in trouble, Health Care Reform a non starter. The list is endless. Barack Obama still may be relected as President, but he has shown himself to be just another politicu=ian with a glib tongue.

He actually said today that he did not kill the Keystone pipeline.

The sad think is, way to many will actually still believe him.   To them their Emperor will always have the finest cloths taxpayer's money can buy.
