well, they DID see it written, as can be seen at 0:00. besides, the obama-is-a-kenyan attacks were still fresh in people's minds, as the inverviewer of course knew. that's why it's so funny.
A problem with your thread's title is I highly doubt it to just be liberals that suffer this problem. I don't know how reliable these figures are, but they suggest the problem isn't confined just to liberals, but that lots of people would support a ban of water depending on how the question is phrased:

Funny videos though!
What makes it so funny is most of them are the ones so dead set against profiling (which is using prejudice to spot bad guys). Yet they do it daily and for stupid reasons. The 2 words start with a K, and both have whys - but then do does Kentucky. Stupid is as stupid does.
Your post is very analytical and correct. But then it misses the main point (although I guess it would apply to your point as well). Those who think they are so smart are the stupidest of all. Not because they know less, but because they are too stupid to know when they know not.
nah, only most of those shown in the video. bet your arse that it's just a best-of for better viewing enjoyment. you have to credit them to include one who didn't make the freudian slip.
That being said, you are just being unfair, since freudian slips are very common among all of humanity and not restricted to liberals.
While we have only their word on it, the makers of the Keynsian/Kenyan bloopers state that none correctly identified the nuance that were not on film. The only editing they did was removing the verbally violent from the video.
And it is not Freudian. Freudian is confusing 2 similar words that you know the meaning of both. Clearly the people in the video had no clue on what a "Keynsian" is. I will be the first to google a term if I am unfamiliar with it (or a person - I was regaled with a blog about "Snooki" and the tanning tax and had no idea who or what a "Snooki" was). If on Camera - I chose my words carefully (I have been so "honored" twice - both local news shows) so I do not make a fool of myself for the world to see. Now that may be wisdom (the intelligent use of experience), or just caution (I hate the taste of athlete's tongue) which others clearly lack.
