KFC Kickin For Christ
My 92 year-old grandmother said something the other day that got me thinking.   She's the most liberal person in my life and definitely a woman born before her time.  Anyway she said that... "everyone should die by 75.  That should be the cutoff."   Her exact words.

Spoken like a true blue hypocrite.  I wonder why when liberals speak, they always mean "everyone else should" not them.  As she is over 75, she has the capability to follow her own advice (but they never do).

well, that is the whole point of the healthcare death panels.

At 74 years, 11 months, and 29 days, you get bypass surgery!  The next day you do not.  Great system!

I would laugh if it weren't so dangerously pathetic.

Another sad but true.  If they would confine their stupidity to their own lives, we could all laugh a lot easier.

Out of respect for Al Sharpton, I would replace 'Stupid' with 'Wrong'.

Al is not wrong - Al is calculating and will lie if it is to his benefit.  We saw that with the Tawana Brawley case.

He wants us to become more civil in our discourse, dontcha know.

@Dr Guy: remember the early drafts of the bill that required elderly people to have yearly counseling where they try to convince them to forgo medical treatment (to not be a drain on society anymore). If they wanted care, they had to attend such "counseling". Its a good thing that at least that travesty didn't make it into the final bill.

So he and his cronies will be the only ones spouting trash?  Goes back to my title - but then if he gets his way, I would have to add conservatives to that as well.

Anyone giving Sharpton the time of day is an idiot.  That the media does proves my previous statement.

The courts just tossed out the major funding source for the bill.  Do not count your chickens yet.  They will have to find another or scrap the entire thing.

Ok, that was straight up FUNNY!  This is why reacting out of emotion is bad.

But that is the DEFINITION of a liberal!  Facts, logic, and reasoning do not matter as long as you "FEEL" their pain.  As long as your intentions are good, the results be damned!  And you are right, it will trap you every time.

second vid is funny. kenyian and keynesian are quite easy to confuse, especially in a country where most people think that australias neighbour doesn't have enough to eat.

on Dec 17, 2010

kenyian

Kenyan.

And you are partly right (your Australia analogy).  But then if someone asked me where East Slobovia was or something else I was clueless on - at best I would give a "no comment", but I sure as hell would not open my mouth and prove what an idiot I was!

BTW - How do you feed them?

Eh, I don't see how you can confuse Kenyan (pronounced Can-Yan) and Keynesian (Key as in Okay, Ne as in knee, Sian as in Caucasian)

If you see it written, I can see how someone would.  But hearing it?  Only idiots (but then they did prove themselves to be just that, REPEATING the word several times).
