Debate, and discuss, just dont Bore me.
Published on February 7, 2008 By Dr Guy In Politics

With the "suspension" of his campaign, Romney has all but conceded the Republican nomination to McCain.  Many on the right side of the spectrum, are howling as they cannot stand or support McCain, and so for a bit, the debate will shift on what they will do.

Which will just be a misdirection by the MSM since what they (the non-McCain supporters) will do is not going to matter for 9 more months.

What is going to happen in the here and now, is that the cat fight over on the democrat side is going to get a whole lot nastier!  WHy?  Many of the remaining states have open primaries, and even for those that do not, now there is no reason for the independants to vote in the Republican primary, so they can now vote in the democrat one.

And those votes are all up for grabs!  Up to Iowa, this election season has been long and most boring.  Since Iowa, things have gotten fun.  Now they are going to get down right entertaining.

Pass the popcorn and hold onto your wallets!  The show is about to begin!

Obama the Democrat, Hillary the Democrat or McCain the Democrat... what's the difference?

Exactly! That's my whole point. The only way I'd go out is if I'm excited about McCain's running mate. So he'd better make it worth my while because I am one that votes for the person, not the party.

Today as a private citizen Dobson came out (finally) and backed Huckabee. He said he's the only one out there that he can in good conscience vote for. I've been saying that for months now.

Well, he is entitled to his opinion. But I think that horse is dead, and the flogging should - perhaps not be stopped - but at least given a break. McCain has it. So lets just have fun watching the other side act like a bunch of monkeys on parade. There will be plenty of time come this summer (convention) and the fall to protest McCain with a vote for Obama or Hillary.

Yes, but I was kind of bummed he didn't come out sooner. This is very late to be stepping forward now. Had he done so earlier maybe the evangelicals would have been more united. They were all over the place this time around.

One thing's for sure, this is going to be interesting if not pathetic from the conservative POV.

But the Flogging of McCain is all we have left. I know I'll have my fun at his expense. ;~D

See that is where we disagree. I see the circus on the democrat side as where the fun is at. And Tuesday, I get to throw some peanuts to the monkeys!

Yeah, the democrats tearing each other apart will be more entertaining than anything.

Put a little more salt on the next batch of popcorn ID. The show is about to start.

The claws have been retracted so far but I anticipate the cat fight to escalate to a fur flying festival soon!

I may not vote for a President but I WILL vote for a conservative Senate and House. I think this year's vote is incredibly vital. A DNC led House and Senate will not be good with ANY of the mentioned candidates.

I would like to see a conservative House and Senate and ACTUALLY see some bi-partisan from the left rather than only from the right. Let's get this Kosher once again! Just say no to Pork

We saw that with Leiberman, and they kicked him out of the party for it. But they sure love to spout on about how they wish there was more "bipartisanship" don't they.

do you think the bi in bipartisanship is similar to the bi in bias?

That's actually one of the reasons people are so ticked at the republicans, because all they have been making too many comprimises.

That is why the McCain/Lieberman ticket is so funny! And maybe not. Rejects from both parties running the country. How much more non-bi-partisan can you get?
