Gracie, I need your help
Published on December 15, 2007 By Dr Guy In Blogging

Good morning JUsians.  My name is Sinum.  I am Sally's oldest brother, and alpha male at this house (that Guy thinks he is, but I run things!).

Do you know what that Guy did?  He is trying to cage me up!  He put pieces of wood around the high eating place, and then tried to lock me in there!  Why? just cause I like to roam around and visit the other tall animals that serve us with food.  But I got him!  I dug out!

"Digger" he says!  So, what?  Cats can dig like dogs when we have to.  But he caught me again, before the new moon had risen.  And put me back there.  And put red stones around the edge and where I had dug out before!  But I am not a gurly cat!  I moved the red stones and dug out again!  I showed him!

But then my momma caught me, and said "bad Houdini". What is a Houdini?  Anyway, she put me inside the tall thingy house for a few light cycles.  The guy thing was doing something with the space under the feeding platform, I could not tell at first.  But then he put me back in there and said "Ok, Houdini, try to get out now!".

I played it cool while he was around.  Just ate and slept.  But the Guy thing has to leave, so I bided my time.  WHen he left, I went back to digging. And hit rock!  Hard rock that stretches all the way around the bottom of the wood stuff!  My poor paws cannot dig through this rock, and I cannot move it!  I am trapped!

The guy thing went off again today.  And my momma brought me in because she said it was going to spit today (that is when those big plants drop water on you - even when you are not under them).  SO I snuck into the computer room and started looking for a way around the rocks.  Then I saw the message from gooddawg Gracie. (I like small dogs Gracie - have not clawed one in over a week!).  Hmmm, says I. Chews wood.

So Gracie, please come visit me.  I need someone to chew the wood and open a hole for me to get out. My brothers and Sally are no help!  They like it there!  It is protected from the wind and cold, and all the food and water they want.  Plus the litterbox is emptied every light cycle.

But me?  I got to visit my other tall feeder thingies!  I am sure they have some nice food waiting for me.  They always say purring things like "Gooooodkittie" and "Preeettykittie".  And dont hurt me at all.  I dont know why the Guy thingy is cramping my social life, but I have to get out!

Please Gracie, come help me break this joint so I can roam again!

Signed, your friend from the feline side, Sinum.
