WTF?  OK, this clown does not know poop from shinola.  And he is really as dumb as a stump!  But anyone with any iota of an idea of history knows that in 1607, a ship (the Godspeed) sailed from London and established a settlement on the new Continent.  Now called America (because Columbus was too stupid to understand it was not India).

But EXCUSE THE HELL OUT OF ME!  That ship carried no slaves.  It was not a slaver ship.  It was a bunch of rubes seeking gold and treasure (which they found none of).  And so they tried to make a settlement.  Oh, they traded with the natives (called Indians due to Columbus' error), and then fought with them. And in time, put them into reservations (our REAL national shame).  But there were NO SLAVES!

And this is the governor of this state?  An imbessil?  An Ultra Maroon?  Apparently!

Look, we had slaves.  We freed them.  But for our dimwitted governor, the first did not arrive until 1619!  And they were shipped and sold by the English!

I hate slavery.  I hate what we did (more so) to the natives.  But I am not going to change history for the sake of an ignoramus that cannot tell the difference between fiction and fact!  It diminishes the nations past sins for the aggrandizement of people who never had to suffer them.

And it just plain sucks!
