In another (actually 2) examples of brain dead administrators implementing stupid rules with no thought behind the use of said rules, it appears that the age of sexual predators has dropped to 4 and 5 years old.  Not 14 or 15, four or five!

In Maryland, a young boy has to go through elementary school listed as a sexual predator.  His crime?  He pinched a girls fanny!  OK, I am not going to say it was right, but really folks.  How many of you pinched or had their fannies pinched when you were in elementary school?  And at 5 years old, Sex was not on my mind (just torment).  This would easily be the most asinine implementation of brain dead administrators of the year if it was not being topped by another episode.

In Texas, a 4 year old (that is IIII) has been suspended!  For what?  Hugging a teachers aid and rubbing his face in her bosom!  OK, maybe this Cruella De Ville does not like her chest rubbed by some urchin's face (anyone with children know when they hug, they like to bury their face in your chest), but suspending the kid for showing some affection?

5 Years ago we got saddled with "No Child Left Behind" as Bush and Teddy's way of trying to improve education (I thought and still think it was just another way to waste money by the feds).  But how is ANY program to improve the education of our children going to succeed when you have idiots and morons implementing the programs?

It is clearly no wonder that Johnny cant read.  For the ones supposedly running the institutions that are trying to teach them these skills cant think!  Baboons are more intelligent than these brain dead administrators, and would probably be more effective.

This is ridiculous. They absolutely should be taking the kids ages into consideration. I don't even know that a four year old developmentally has the cognitive ability to sexually harrass someone.

I agree that no child left behind is not working in practicality. All they are doing is teaching to the test. And if it's not on the test it gets very little, if any attention. So we will have a whole generation who really doens't know about history or how to write cursive because they're not on the test and therefore are not as important as brainwashing the kids on test vocabulary etc. When one of the parents complained that his son wasn't taught cursive writing, he was told that we were encouraged to teach them at home and that cursive isn't needed anymore because of computers. Huh? How retarded is that? Of course, in theory no one wants to say okay leave some kids behind but I really don't think that this is the answer.

Having worked in education, it is more than that.  yes, teaching to the test is a big part.  But moreso, it is the clowns in DC have no conception of what is going on locally and what is needed.  But they paint the broad brush that accomplishes nothing.

The same way these administrators do.  The have rules.  Must not disobey rules!  Mind numbed idiots are what they are.

Well this is just rediculous! I can't believe these people are grown ups?!

Must not disobey rules! Mind numbed idiots are what they are.

I agree with you! They just have lost all of their senses and just live by their book of policies now! Idiots!

Rules that make sense for 15 year olds, do not for 5 year olds.  most people can use common sense and see that.  But then the administrators are not most people and common sense is a foreign concept to them.
