So it goes with faux moderate democrats.  Virginia has that kind of surplus.  And what does our illustrious Governor - AKA Ted Matthews - do?  He wants a tax increase!  On top of literally billions of dollars in surplus!  But not just any surplus!  Did he save that money for his friends in Northern VA?  Nope!  he spent it!  On what?  14-30% increases in state budgets of course! (State Employees?  Get real!  They got their 2%).

And so he is now out again wanting more, More, MORE!  On top of all that.  And he is saying "Bad boys" to the fiscal conservatives that say no way.  Yea, like that is a surprise.

another 3 years of tax and tax Ted matthews.  Who gets us back to jerky Jerry.  At least the democrats in the interim understood budgets.  The next one is going to have to clean up a big mess!  From Ted Matthews!
