A lot of people think Pennsylvania is the keystone state, and in some respects, it is.  But not this year.  I suspect my affliction is being shared in several other states, notably Missouri, Maryland and Montana (I think the others, Ohio and Tenn are safe one way or the other).  And this year has been impossible!

For the last month, we have been averaging about 3 calls A DAY.  On who to vote for!  I have lived in this state for the last 30 years, and I have never been so inundated with calls!  From Both sides!  Even in 2000 and 2004, we got a couple of calls saying "vote for us", but not 3 a day!  I am so tired of coming home and having 5 voice mails, and all of them are "vote for X" (some from the candidate, most from third parties, which I thought McCain Failgold was supposed to rid us of).  It is getting bad!

In the time it took me to write this, I got 2 calls!  One for the republican, and one for the democrat!  And had 3 VMs today, one on the Marriage Amendment, and 2 from other clowns telling me to vote for the candidate for senate!

If not for the damn All-in-1 printer my wife bought, I would cancel the damn land line!  At least they dont have my cell phone yet.  Thank god for small favors.
