Over the weekend, we say thousands of people demonstrating against reform of illegal immigration.  Given the track record of past reforms, I dont see congress bloviating about illegal immigration causing so many to rise up and protest, especially since it has never been effective, and no one really cared before. 

So my grey cells started twitching and stirring.  Why now?  Indeed why now?

Then it occurred to me that someone is very worried.  Is it the democrats?  hardly!  They bloviate the hardest.  It is pure politics and even Al Scheister, Jesse JackU-UP, and Louis "Hate you" farakhan could not and do not appear to be instigators.  Nor do I think they are.

So why?  Someone is worried about something.  It is not Vincente Fox.  He is no dummy.  He likes the open borders, and is smart enough to know that passing another law is not going to close them.

Hispanics?  Well, sure they were doing it, but who conned them into it?  They have never been up in arms before, and surprisingly, many of the legals are tired of the illegals!

It is interesting that this is occuring when we have Al Qaeda on the run, and making life difficult for them.  It is interesting they share something with one other group as well, that is neither legal or illegal when it comes to immigration, they just are interested in money.

Could it be that we have a new axis building up against immigration?  Hmmm, easy access, smuggle anything.  Hint:  Does terrorist and drugs fit the bill?

I never said the terrorist or Drug lords were stupid.  They just get stupid mules to do their work.  Over the weekend, they got several hundred thousand to do their work.  Wanna bet that there were no illegal aliens in those crowds?  Most of the ones who get here are not that stupid.
