Debate, and discuss, just dont Bore me.

In the latest news from the other planets, scientist now claim that the next sunspot cycle will be much more intense than normal, and is believed to start in about 2 1/2 years.

The next sunspot cycle will be between 30 percent to 50 percent more intense than the last one, scientists said Monday.

I wonder how they will blame Bush, the US and Polution for that one.

SushiK, I know YOU were joking, and I actually did enjoy the joke. I wasnt' refering to your posts, but all sorts of conversations with people who truly believe that we humans are the root of all evil on this prestine planet.

With my experience in disasters, I have met the best and worst of them ;~D

I love it when the press writes these kinds of headlines. The actual words the scientists used referring to the computer model's predictions were that sunspot activities may be more severe and could potentially cause communications problems. These guys are basing predictions upon computer models and are often no more accurate in long range predicting than the weather man.

Funny how the press reports it as a definate.

Seriously I am glad that can actually joke with you righties without it turning into a bloodbath.

There are days sometimes when you have to just say "Frick it"!  Yesterday was one of them.  I saw this and just thought "I wonder how Bush will be blamed for this", and you picked up on it.  Of course we can laugh.  It is the best medicine.

I figured out the how as well.  It is all the glass that has been created by the nuclear explosions reflecting the sun light back at the sun that is causing it!

"The Sun Abides" does not sell news.  "The Sun Explodes" is front page.
