Is her conduct honorable? no
Was she granted a better treatment because of her color of skin? Definetely
The parents could have get any amount of money from the teacher, the assistant principals, the principals and the district. and they choose not to go to trial?
It simple terror, in such a way that they do not want to appear on tv.
Why is this crime not pursued like Michael Jacksons accusations?
Are not teachers public servants? They are supposed to have our trust
Where was the supervision? That is why cameras are needed in public schools
Why not to show the realities of a very defective school system?
Why the other teachers remain in silence? Shared guilty?
Why not admit that the loneliness and stress of teachers is caused by tyrannic administrators that rule the schools like their own feud regardless of teachers needs?
Why the media dedicate so much time to a black artist and none to a white teacher?
Why the double standard? remember the black teacher accused at houston and sentenced to jail.
Why is there no follow up by the media?, Why are there no cruel details on the night shows
If this fenomena is repeated, doesnt it show a pattern?
What other mistreatment of students at all levels, mental cruelty included is happening right now?

I dont care if she was purple.  I dont like the outcome pure and simple.  And I care less for her complexion.

This seems to be a recent phenomenom.  Is it?  Or are we just catching more Female on Males now.  That I dont know.  What I do, is that while men are under microscopes, women seem to have escaped scrutiny.  Perhaps if we slam them instead of slapping their wrists, we can nip it in the bud like we seem to be doing with the male on females.

It is a real sad situation that the way the system is built doesnt let the truth be shown as it is in the scholar system. Should we stop horny male and female teachers issuing a requirement of sexual gratification before school every morning?
Maybe we should demand male teachers to mastrubate in the mornings and female teacher to have their vibrator used before duty so this horniness is not an issue anymore at schools

And that is what distrubs me the most!  A first person account that basically says is true that I can only see as a perception.

Yeah thats funny, but there's much more at stake here. By allowing cameras there would'nt be any more doubts about any situation inside the schools. Besides, today, the means to have a whole month or year of teaching on videorecording are available, it will even be pretty ok for educational purposes, everybody wins here, its like they call a win win situation. No more of this teaching gossiping against man in schools no more parents trying to extort the system to get money, no more principals eliminating teachers they dont want by falsifying PDAS observations.

There is very defective accountability in the early years and it happens those are the most important years. No. And you know what I see?  Color me a bigot or whatever.  You are a pedophile!  No, I do not know it.  I feel it.  I have a brother who got married in Mass!  You know why.  I have another 6 that are from here to mars!

We have had an almost identical case such as this a while back near where I live. Young, beautiful teacher had sex with a 13 year old boy. The thing that outraged me about it then (and still does) is that the local media always and continues to call what occurred between this teacher and her student an "affair." This disgusts me beyond words. If this were a 28 year old male teacher and a 13 year old girl, this would in no way be called an affair...the teacher would have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. While this teacher did have to serve some jail time, it is NOTHING like it would have been for a male sex offender. As a teacher, I find it sickening that a grown woman could even think about a student that way...I teach 11th and 12th graders, and it never crosses my mind that they are sexual beings (especially since most of the time they act like 6 year olds). There is NO excuse for any adult preying on a child who is not emotionally ready for that kind of relationship. It is criminal, plain and simple.
