Out of the master list, these were the names I could put a face (and body) to that I whole-heartedly also believe I remember seeing footage or photographs of and thinking - d*mmmn! Some do, some just took care of themselves or aged gracefully. Other than Cher and liz, I have not heard if the rest have partaken of the skin knife, but I will always remember them as Mason has been so kind to picture several of them.
