Or a Reversal of Lifestyle?
Published on February 7, 2008 By Dr Guy In Current Events

We hear many go on about how many is destroying the earth through pollutants that create global warming.  And that unless we do "something" about it, we are all going to die.  We hear a lot of that.

But let me ask a question.  If we could eliminate global warming gasses AND maintain our current lifestyle, would that be the edenic solution?  The be all and end all?

Seems like it would be for me.  But this is not the case with the loons that want us to believe their creed, on faith alone.  No, when their guard is down, the truth comes out.  They do not want us to have the edenic solution, they really want us to go back to "bear skins and stone knives".

Preposterous you say!  Just another denier trying to discredit the movement!  Another holocaust criminal trying to point the finger the other way!

Yea right.  But the one thing they cannot do is pull the words back into their mouths (maybe they should just keep them shut).  For from their own mouths comes the REAL agenda.

It seems that the New England states have a plan to reduce their "carbon footprint".  And guess what?  They did!  So successfully, that they did not have to shut down any power plants, or turn off the juice to the people.  So everyone is happy right?  Not quite.  The wingnuts who want us back to "bear skins and stone knives" revealed their real agenda when asked about how well the consortium was doing.

Emissions down, but lasting efforts may suffer

Blares the headline!  See, reducing emissions is not the effort they want to see!  No, it is the abolition of our current way of life, regardless of how we get there.

"If the cap is above what power plants are emitting, we won't see any change in their behavior," said Derek K. Murrow, director of policy analysis for Environment Northeast, a nonprofit research and advocacy organization. "They just continue business as usual."

"They just continue business as usual".  Is that really a bad thing?  To the zealots of global warming apparently it is.  Reduction of green house gasses is NOT the ends they are looking for.  But to disrupt "business as usual".

It says volumes of what their real agenda is.  And as we see, it is not cleaner air, or lower pollution.  It is a radical change of life for all people they can control.

"4 legs good, 2 legs better" bleat the sheep.

Think about it. At one time only rich people could buy cars, TVs and have plentiful food to eat. Now a days anyone can have a really good TV, a really good car and as much food as they can eat. Today's poor people are not the same as in the past and a certain group of people don't want poor people to educate themselves and move up in life.

Poor usually means uneducated which usually means ignorant, which usually means easily manipulated.

Not an absolute truth, but definitely a truism, and one exploited by both the democrats and other movements that have no truth behind them, just heated rhetoric and calls to the emotions.

As I always say, extremists are fucking insane.

Although it's good they reduced the ol' carbon footprint.  That's never a bad thing.  Going overboard and trying to upheave the entire civilized world, however, is a very bad thing...especially in the winter.

That is the supposed goal, but as we see, it is not really for some of the groups.  They dont seem to care about reducing emissions, but of crippling the power grid.  And for what?  There are 2 choices then - freeze people to death, or woodstoves.  And woodstoves dont pollute?

The plan was and is a good one.  It is a start.  But their whining about the plan being met shows they do not care about pollution, just their dogmatic creed that has all of us relegated back to the 18th century.

The whole "carbon footprint" scam tells us all we need to know also.  Carbon footprint doesn't require jokes like Gore to change their lifestyle.  They merely pay themselves a boatload of money and call it "donations to eco friendly causes".  Then blind followers fawn over them for living "carbon neutral" lives.  Meanwhyile the fawners, who can't afford to buy the indulgences, have to settle for "bear skins (faux of course) and stone knifes" in order to be "carbon neurtal".

Conservation doesn't mean "use more, but pay money for the right", it means using our resources more wisely.  Since the Green Gurus obviously aren't willing to do that, they are only liars and common conmen.  Nothing more.

It is a sham.  Because all they are doing is making the problem worse.  If someone can reduce pollution, they should - as much as they can.  But the carbon credits then takes some of that savings and pollutes more!  Why?  because they have the money to "buy" something that is not real.  Al Gore and his ilk are just exacerbating the problem with shams like that, and doing nothing for the problem.  It would be better leadership if Gore just donated the money to alternative research, and CUT their own dirty life style.  But that somehow escapes the clowns that promote this selling of Indulgences.

Dr Guy, you've seen the light! I agree entirely that the carbon credits are a sham. When my leftist brothers and sisters finally rise up against the imperialist usurpers, we will be sure to include a robust program of environmental stewardship in the re-education camps. Most importantly, the newly formed thought-police will all drive 100% electric cars!

We can always agree on somethings.

When my leftist brothers and sisters finally rise up against the imperialist usurpers, we will be sure to include a robust program of environmental stewardship in the re-education camps.

But not all things.

Most importantly, the newly formed thought-police will all drive 100% electric cars!

With Electricty created by non poluting energy like Nuclear.
