While it should not have been necessary, I do not fault the Mormon Church from issuing these answers to questions about their faith.  Most of JU (who are much wiser and learned than the average citizen anyway) probably already knew most of the answers to the questions posed, thanks to Ted and his fellow members of faith at JU.

But in reading the questions and answers, I was struck by a Presidential press conference.  It can be any president, and almost any conference, for it was not enough that the questions were asked and answered, but that they had to be asked in different wording. And of course the answers were the same regardless of the wording.  But it makes for an amusing read.

I wonder how many times elders of the Mormon Church have to repeat the one answer about their faith that I guess most people can grasp at the first answer, but reporters look for that loop hole.

And reporters wonder why they get no respect.
